National Health Law Program

The National Health Law Program (NHeLP) is conducting research on current challenges and access issues for Medi-Cal patients seeking mental health and substance use treatment. They are also developing educational materials, training advocates, and educating and engaging policymakers on barriers to mental health and substance use treatment services for consumers and families.
