Integrated Behavioral Health Project (IBHP)

Integrated Behavioral Health Project provides targeted education and technical assistance to local communities on data-sharing between primary care, substance-use specialists, mental health providers, and payers. It also supports peer to peer learning on key topics of interest such as workforce and prevention.

Mary Rainwater and Elizabeth Morrison

 

Mary Rainwater and Elizabeth Morrison have provided strategic leadership and guidance to the Foundation and local collaborative grantees since the launch of the Initiative. They, along with Gary Bess and Associates, also led the design and implementation of the Dashboard Cluster that supported several collaboratives in identifying, collecting and analyzing population level data to measure systems change in behavioral health.

Arabella Advisors

Arabella Advisors leads the developmental evaluation of the Advancing Behavioral Health Integration through Community Collaboration Initiative (BHI). The evaluation has a strong focus on measuring the functioning of local collaboratives, using the Wilder Collaboration Survey tool, and on assessing progress toward both Foundation and nonprofit goals and outcomes.

Center for Collaborative Planning

Center for Collaborative Planning, Public Health Institute (CCP) provides learning coordination through in person and virtual convening management, as well as learning repository development and dissemination.
