California Primary Care Association

The California Primary Care Association (CPCA) is working to support Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in maximizing their role in the delivery of integrated care. CPCA is conducting legal research and policy analysis on issues related to contracting and reimbursement for FQHCs, and developing recommendations and guidance that will support FQHCs and county behavioral health agencies as they forge new partnerships to advance integration.
